The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and a strong understanding of food handling and safety practices. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals that meet our guests' expectations while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and have a love for creating delicious dishes. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations. Assist in menu planning, including seasonal specials and catering events. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary. Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols. Adapt recipes to accommodate dietary restrictions or preferences when necessary. Experience Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in fine dining or catering settings. Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety standards is essential. Experience with menu planning and execution is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are required for success in this role.•
