Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment. Assist with catering events as needed, ensuring timely delivery of meals. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages. Participate in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes. Uphold high standards of quality and presentation for all plated meals. Experience Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the food service or restaurant industry is preferred. Familiarity with fine dining practices and catering operations is a plus. Strong knowledge of food handling techniques and safety protocols. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
