Line Cook at J&S Hospitality Group in Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas, United States Job Description J&S Hospitality is a small business in Hot Springs National Park, AR. Our goal is to help you be the best version of yourself, while serving the freshest food. Our work environment includes: Modern restaurant setting On-the-job training Safe work environment Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and quality standards while maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. Responsibilities
  • Prepare ingredients for menu items following standard procedures
  • Cook and plate menu items accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with the development of new menu items and specials
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a culinary role preferred
  • Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
  • Familiarity with various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding quality standards
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting

  • Culinary experience
  • Food service background
  • Catering knowledge
  • Menu planning skills
  • Proficiency in food preparation techniques
  • Familiarity with dietary requirements and restrictions
