Job Description
Shirley's Mother Goose Preschool & Daycare Center is looking for a part-time cook for breakfast and lunch. Position would require the ability to work from 7:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Cook would be responsible for following pre-planned menu and preparing meals for up to 80 children per day. Cook would also be responsible for maintaining food and safety guidelines in kitchen and dining area, cooking all meals, serving meals to individual classrooms, clean up and sanitization. Previous experience with serving children preferred. High School diploma or GED required. Background check required. Training will be provided. Additional opportunities may be available for working full-time hours in the afternoon in a floater/closer capacity if needed by the center.
