Tocas' name will be changing as well! We will feature globally inspired tapas, late-night lattes, handcrafted sorbet cocktails, and a dynamic full bar experience. We are seeking passionate, energetic Line Cooks who thrive in a fast-paced environment, love international flavors, and are eager to grow with us as we build a premier local destination. Keep workstations impeccably clean and organized while upholding strict food safety and sanitation standards. Collaborate closely with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth, synchronized food execution and timing. Strong foundation in culinary techniques, knife skills, and food safety regulations. Interest or experience in global food culture, small-plate presentation, or multi-concept venues. Ability to work flexible hours, including late nights and weekends. Energetic team player with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. Passion for contributing to a vibrant hospitality atmosphere and learning new culinary styles.
