Line Cook - PM Superstition Mountain Golf and Country Club is looking for PM Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our team! We are located at the foot of the majestic Superstition Mountains. Our prestigious club boasts two Nicklaus designed golf courses (Prospector and Lost Gold) that have impeccable conditions, highlighted by jaw-dropping views, a spectacular clubhouse, award winning restaurant, impeccable wine list, and a fully appointed Sports Club with endless amenities

Line Cook Job Summary:

Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies. Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces) Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Clean up station and take care of leftover food Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards

Line Cook Requirements:

. Minimum 2 years cooking experience. Degree in Culinary Arts preferred. Strong Experience working Pantry, Grill and Sauté stations. Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures. Comfortable in high-volume dinner service with 200+ cover per night Able to work efficiently with accuracy while maintaining quality and consistency. Strong teamwork, communication and sense of urgency Must be able to work nights and weekends. Must have a valid and current Food Handlers Card. Competitive pay for the right candidate. Full-time, hourly position.
