The Role:

As a Line Cook at Lost Resorts, you'll be tasked with preparing and cooking mouthwatering meals with precision and flair. The restaurant serves several different menus from brunch and happy hour bites to carefully curated dinner specials and large group catering events including weddings and business dinners. A love for cooking, ability to work well in a team environment and desire to add value to our BOH team is imperative!

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant kitchen Attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Must be eligible to work in the

United States Duties:

Work with the Chef during catering events and take lead on planning, preparation, and execution of catering dishes and service Prepare and cook menu items with consistency and quality Assist with catering specific inventory management and ordering supplies Assist with catering specific quote requests Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations Uphold food safety standards and health code regulations
