The Position:

LINE LEAD COOK

The Line Lead Cook plays a critical role in maintaining high standards in preparing quality food for RoadHouse guests. The Line Lead Cook is a positive and professional team player who has leadership skills, a keen attention to detail and operates with a strong sense of urgency.

Line Lead Cook duties include:

Setting up and stocking area supplies Preparing ingredients for cooking Ensuring food comes out per presentation requirements, and in a timely fashion Cross training staff on menu items Reading and executing food tickets Supervising the line Taking pride in keeping the area clean and well organized Assisting the Head and Sous Chefs as needed Must have the following qualifications: Ability to work and familiar with a Brigade style line Familiar with cooking techniques and procedures Must obtain Title 4 certification and Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire Must be 19 years of age or older Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays
