Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas, wings, and wraps according to established recipes and quality standards Handle food with care, ensuring proper food safety and sanitation procedures are followed at all times Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, knives, and other culinary tools Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including prepping stations, cooking surfaces, and storage spaces Support food handling and meal preparation for catering events or special orders as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and excellent food presentation Skills Experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus, demonstrating knowledge of food handling and safety protocols Proven culinary experience with a focus on pizza or similar comfort foods in a restaurant or fine dining setting Strong knife skills for precise ingredient preparation and food presentation Knowledge of menu planning, food industry standards, and catering operations Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments while maintaining attention to detail Excellent food service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork Familiarity with kitchen equipment operation, food safety regulations, and proper sanitation practices Embark on a flavorful journey with us where your culinary talents will shine!
