If you're ready to trade your holster for a spatula and serve up some legendary food in Tombstone, we'd love to hear from you.. We're looking for a dependable, fast-paced chef to join our crew and help keep great food rolling out in our historical town. Our kitchen moves quick, especially on the weekends, so we need someone who can handle the rush while still serving up quality meals with pride. What we're looking for: Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen A true "Egg Master" who can cook breakfast like a pro Someone reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Availability is required Friday and Saturday nights This is a part-time position with competitive pay based on experience. Responsibilities Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to maintain hygiene standards Serve meals efficiently and courteously to residents or customers, ensuring a positive dining experience Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely meal delivery Skills Strong culinary skills, including knife skills and meal preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Experience in menu planning, food preparation, cooking, and food service environments Familiarity with the food industry, including restaurant or catering experience Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining high standards of quality Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
