• Part-time Obon Sushi Bar and Ramen, a leading establishment specializing in authentic Japanese cuisine, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our exceptional culinary team our Downtown Tucson location.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, following our restaurant's recipes and guidelines. Ensure all food items are prepared with high quality and presentation standards. Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Monitor food inventory and assist in placing orders when needed. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations. Participate in the development and refinement of menu items.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant role in a fast-paced kitchen. Excellent knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating strong communication skills. High level of creativity and passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
