At The Crab & Catfish Co., BOH is about more than cooking. We need people who can stay productive, follow standards, communicate with the team, and help keep the kitchen running smoothly from open to close. Restaurant experience is helpful, but it is not required if you are reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable working as part of a team. What You'll Do Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and standards Work multiple kitchen stations as trained Follow portioning and presentation standards Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized Communicate low product or prep needs before they become a problem Complete opening, closing, and cleaning responsibilities Follow food-safety and sanitation standards Help teammates during busy shifts Follow prep lists, checklists, and kitchen procedures Maintain urgency without sacrificing quality What We're Looking For Reliable and on time Coachable and open to feedback Able to work quickly without getting sloppy Comfortable following recipes and procedures Willing to clean as you work Team-oriented and willing to help where needed Organized and aware of what your station needs Able to stay productive throughout the shift Weekend availability preferred Our Hiring Standard We look for what we call
