Anaheim, CA Easy Young is growing into a modern Asian cafe featuring bowls, bagels, specialty drinks, and savory comfort plates. We're looking for a dependable line cook to help support our expanding breakfast and dinner menu.

What You'll Do:

Prepare and cook menu items with consistency and attention to detail Work hot line, fryer, prep, and plating during service Help with food prep, portioning, and station setup Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout shifts Support kitchen operations and communicate effectively with the team Help keep ticket times efficient during busy periods

What We're Looking For:

Strong work ethic and sense of urgency Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Prior line cook, prep cook, or restaurant kitchen experience preferred Weekend and evening availability preferred

Position Details:
