Your expertise in food handling, safety, and kitchen operations will contribute to delivering memorable dining experiences. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Ensure all food is handled safely, stored properly, and maintained at appropriate temperatures Assist with menu planning and suggest improvements to enhance flavor profiles and presentation Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation during busy service times Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food efficiently and accurately Serve dishes promptly while ensuring quality control and presentation excellence Qualifications Previous experience in a dietary department, dietary aide role, or restaurant environment is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety practices Skilled in knife handling, meal preparation, and culinary techniques required for diverse menu items Familiarity with menu planning, food service operations, and catering is a plus Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen Basic understanding of food safety standards and sanitation procedures Prior kitchen experience within the food industry or culinary setting is preferred Embark on a rewarding culinary journey where your skills will be valued, your growth supported, and your passion for food celebrated!
