Job Description
Parkview Healthcare Center is a 41 bed Skilled Nursing Facility and we are seeking a Dietary Cook to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Prepares food according to standardized recipes. serves food according to proper portion control, therapeutic requirements, and temperature. prepares alternate foods according to preference. prepares and provides substitutions according to food exchange list. Stores food items according to policy Operates Kitchen equipment in a safe manner. Prepares food under safe and sanitary conditions. Documents food substitutions. Processes orders for supplies in absence of Director of Dietary Services according to policy. Assumes supervisory responsibility in the absence of Director of Dietary Services.Job Types:
