Greet customers warmly, take orders efficiently, and upsell menu items to enhance sales opportunities. Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food prep stations, dining spaces, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations. Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen operations during busy periods. Manage time effectively to ensure quick service delivery in a fast food or quick-service restaurant setting. Skills Proven experience in food preparation and food service environments, ideally within a quick service or fast-food restaurant. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Excellent cash handling skills combined with basic math proficiency for accurate sales processing. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to multitask effectively while managing time in a high-energy setting. Experience in retail math, upselling techniques, and restaurant operations is highly desirable.
