- $18 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Kitchen health and safety standards Recipe adherence Pre-cooking preparation Food service health code compliance ServSafe Customer service High school diploma or GED Full Job Description We pride ourselves on the culinary creations served from our kitchen, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Cook to help support our team!
Cooks Responsibilities:
- Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items
- Maintain accurate food inventories
- Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
- Rotate stock items as per established procedures
- Restock kitchen for next shift
- Make sure your work area is sanitized during and at the end of each shift
Cooks Qualifications:
- High School Deploma(preferred not manditory)
- 1 year experience as a cook in the restaurant industry
- Able to read and follow standardized recipes
- Strong knowledge of proper food handling procedures
- Able to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen atmosphere
