Preschool Cook

Children's Enrichment Center (CEC), a ministry of Twin Lakes Church, is hiring a part time cook position. The schedule is Monday through Wednesday , 8:00am-1:00pm. •Hours can extend to 2pm if waiting for an order. We are looking for a cook who is organized, motivated, has good time-management, and friendly to join our CEC team. We serve food to 9 classrooms and have a great community at CEC.

Safe food handling Excellent in time management Friendly Punctual Flexible Self sufficient Consistent Quick learner Shows initiative Job Duties include : Working alone efficiently Making planned food for up to 120 kids a day Lifting up to 40 lbs. Pushing a 3 tier cart full of food and supplies Ordering food Following the planned menu Good rapport with the companies we use for food service Good rapport with church event leaders Knowledge of proper food handling procedures Kitchen clean up Keeping kitchen organized Monitoring food supply Reporting any broken equipment Substitute for the Thur/Fri cook Occasional trips to local grocery stores when needed Must be willing to take Mandated Reporter and Sexual Harassment training. Pay depending on experience. Part time
