• 30-40 hours per week
• Weekends are a must
• Lunch time and Dinner time availability Responsibilities Label and stock all ingredients on shelves by use-by dates, so it is organized and easily accessible Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, etc.

Undertake basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces, parboiling food, making sauces/broth, etc. Prepare and cook items to be used in main dishes Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash etc. Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food preparation equipment Ensure all food and other items are stored properly Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines Sweep and mop kitchen floors Comply with Food Handler certification practices Stock station with ingredients and supplies, as required Remove trash and garbage and dispose in designated containers Check restrooms for cleanliness and supplies Lift and carry stocks/inventory occasionally up to 50 pounds Perform other kitchen duties as assigned Menya Hanabi - Arcadia 733 W Naomi Ave Unit K Arcadia, CA 91007
