E Baldi, a dynamic upscale Italian restaurant in Beverly Hills, is seeking a dedicated Prep Cook to join our culinary team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment while developing your culinary skills alongside experienced chefs.

What You'll Do:

Prepare ingredients for daily service including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning proteins and vegetablesMaintain organized and clean prep stations according to health and safety standardsSupport the kitchen team by ensuring all mise en place is ready before service beginsFollow recipes and preparation techniques to maintain consistency and qualityAssist with inventory management and communicate supply needs to kitchen leadershipWork collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, efficient service

What We're Looking For:

You must have full availability for the following shifts: Tuesday through Saturday, 4:30 PM to close. We're looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a collaborative kitchen environment.

Compensation:

$16.90/hour to start, plus cash tips and overtime pay.
