Full Job Description Job Summary:
Responsible for cooking and presenting food based on Z South's standards. Other duties include prepping food items throughout the day. Responsible for maintaining a sanitary kitchen workstation.Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-year experience in cooking is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred.
- Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during stressful and/or busy times.
- Must be able to work as part of a team and recognize the importance of each team member's role in the guest dining experience.
- Ability to prepare food for consumption with background knowledge of proper techniques and equipment to be used.
- Knowledge of industry standards on food storage and handling techniques is highly desirable.
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be able to work different shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
