Responsibilities Prepare and assemble pizza ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality standards are met Use proper knife skills and food handling techniques to slice, chop, and portion ingredients efficiently Follow established recipes and menu planning guidelines to create consistent, delicious pizzas Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain cleanliness in accordance with food safety regulations Assist in meal preparation for catering events or special menu offerings as needed Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies need replenishing Serve finished pizzas promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen experience within the food industry Strong knife skills and knowledge of food handling safety procedures Experience with menu planning and meal preparation in a restaurant or fine dining setting Background in dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus for accommodating special dietary needs Excellent food service skills with a focus on quality presentation and customer satisfaction Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Join us if you're eager to bring your culinary talents to life in a dynamic environment where your skills make a real difference!
