Important Requirement:

Previous food truck experience is mandatory. We are only considering applicants who have worked in a food truck before. Restaurant-only experience does not meet this requirement. The ideal candidate must be able to prepare quality food, work efficiently during busy lunch hours, maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, and provide friendly customer service to military personnel and other customers. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards Work efficiently in a fast-paced food truck environment Maintain consistent food quality, portion sizes, and presentation Keep the food truck clean, organized, and sanitary Follow food safety procedures and health department requirements Assist with food preparation, stocking, cleaning, and closing duties Provide friendly and professional customer service Follow company policies and Camp Pendleton base regulations Requirements Previous food truck cooking experience is required Applicants without food truck experience will not be considered Must be reliable, punctual, responsible, and professional Must be able to work efficiently during busy service periods Must be able to qualify for the access and background screening required by Camp Pendleton Food Handler Card preferred, or willingness to obtain one Must be able to stand for extended periods Must be able to work safely and efficiently inside the limited space of a food truck Must be willing to perform cooking, preparation, cleaning, stocking, and closing duties If you have hands-on food truck experience and are interested in working in a professional environment serving the Camp Pendleton community, we encourage you to apply.
