This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have at least one year of hands-on experience working in a pizza kitchen and personally making pizzas. You must already know how to: Stretch dough by hand Sauce, cheese and properly build pizzas Work a pizza line during busy service Manage ovens and recognize when a pizza is properly cooked Follow recipes, portions and established procedures Produce consistently great pizzas every shift General restaurant or kitchen experience alone does not meet the requirement. We are specifically looking for someone with actual pizza-making experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Stretching dough and building pizzas accurately and consistently Managing ovens and maintaining quality during high-volume service Prepping ingredients and maintaining proper portions Keeping your station clean, stocked and organized Working efficiently as part of a close kitchen team Assisting with dishwashing and other kitchen duties when needed

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum one year of hands-on pizza-making experience Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled Comfortable working quickly during busy service Strong work ethic and attention to detail Dependable, punctual and team-oriented Pride in every pizza that leaves the kitchen
