is hiring a skilled Line Cook to execute classic, seasonal, Italian-inspired dishes with consistency and care. Ideal candidates bring passion, precision, and a sense of pride to every plate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute prep, station setup, cooking, and plating with consistency and adherence to recipe specifications.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation per health regulations, ensuring all equipment and surfaces are sanitized.
• Accurately record and log refrigeration temperatures, reporting any discrepancies.
• Minimize food waste and manage FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory standards.
• Support and/or lead kitchen team, mentoring junior cooks and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Participate in deep cleaning and uphold back-of-house systems in the Culinary Operations Manager's absence.
• Communicate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams on menu accuracy and service needs.
• Have a clear understanding of inventory management and POS platform to ensure all ingredients are accounted for accurately.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years kitchen experience preferred
• ServSafe/ California Food Handler Card
• Must be reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

Full-time Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
