About the Role We're looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our back-of-house team. You'll be responsible for working one or more key stations—including appetizers, sauté, and broiler —during active service. This role requires consistency, urgency, and a team-first mindset. Whether you're handling hot apps, firing steaks, or managing multiple sauté pans, you're expected to maintain high standards in every dish. What You'll Do Execute food prep and cooking on the apps, sauté, or broiler station , depending on scheduling and experience Follow established recipes, portion standards, and plating guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station at all times Communicate clearly with expo, fellow cooks, and FOH staff Support the kitchen team by jumping in where needed during service Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures What We're Looking For 1+ year of experience on a line in a full-service restaurant preferred Experience working sauté, broiler, or appetizer stations is a strong plus Ability to stay focused under pressure and handle a high-volume line Strong sense of urgency, timing, and attention to detail Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods What You'll Get Competitive hourly pay based on experience Flexible scheduling Paid sick time and training Employee meals during shifts Opportunities for advancement A team-oriented kitchen culture that values hard work and collaboration Apply Now If you're ready to bring your skills to a fast-paced, full-service kitchen and grow with a supportive team, apply today with your resume.
