If you think you can accommodate this quality, then see what your future can hold with us! Under the direct supervision, the Cook is responsible for all food items prepared in the restaurant. Portions and prepares food items prior to cooking. The cooks ensure we use the freshest ingredients, follow sanitation guidelines and prep recipes to standard to maintain product consistency. The Cook will also assist customers with orders, serve food to customers if needed, fill the display cases as needed and assist in the cleaning of the department. As a Cook, you do more than follow a recipe. A lot more. Because the food you create could be a mood-changer. Maybe even a day changer. Something delicious that ignites our guests' taste buds just enough to take their minds off their problems.

Responsibilities include:

Properly execute all of our recipe procedures Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures Communicate ticket times to Team Members Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen If you think you have what it takes to be a great cook and a part of our team, please submit an application with your resume.

Ideal Candidates:

Prior experience working in a hamburger franchise as an assistant manager, supervisor, or a cook. Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc. Prior experience preferred in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position Food Handler Card or its equivalent certification is required for all positions related to: preparation, handling and serving food.
