We are seeking experienced and dependable Line Cooks who can execute recipes consistently, maintain a clean and organized station and perform effectively during high-volume service. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, specifications and presentation standards. Work assigned stations such as grill, griddle, fry, sauté or assembly as trained and scheduled. Maintain proper station setup, stocking and mise en place. Execute multiple tickets accurately while maintaining appropriate ticket times. Follow portioning and plating standards to maintain consistency and control food cost. Communicate effectively with expo, servers, kitchen leadership and fellow cooks. Maintain appropriate food temperatures and follow safe food-handling procedures. Properly label, date, rotate and store products. Monitor station inventory and communicate shortages before they affect service. Maintain a clean, sanitary and organized workstation throughout the shift. Assist with prep, receiving, cleaning and other kitchen responsibilities as needed. Complete opening and closing procedures for assigned stations. Qualifications Previous line-cook experience in a full-service or high-volume restaurant preferred. Experience with grill, griddle and/or fryer stations strongly preferred. Ability to read and consistently execute recipes and specifications. Strong sense of urgency without sacrificing food quality or safety. Ability to remain organized while handling multiple orders. Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a kitchen team. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the lifting, bending and repetitive tasks normally associated with restaurant kitchen work, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must obtain and maintain any food-handler certification required by applicable law.
