What you'll do: Must have 1+ year high-volume restaurant experience Knowledge of sushi style fish fabrication & storage Knowledge of sushi rice cooking, seasoning, and preparation Familiarize yourself with the menu and seasonal specials, perfect your knife skills, and handle product responsibly to minimize waste You have an eye for detail and you're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Prepare food from scratch by following our recipes to produce consistent results Fox Restaurant Concepts, an entity of the Cheesecake Factory, is an Equal Opportunity & E•Verify Employer.
