The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong culinary background.
Job Duties:
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and storing food items. Ensure food quality meets the restaurant's standards. Cook and plate various dishes according to recipes and chef instructions. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food production. SKILLS & Experience Minimum 2 years' experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook in a restaurant or catering setting. Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong knife skills and understanding of food safety guidelines. Familiarity with menu planning and food service operations. Culinary certification or degree is preferred.
