Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, presentation standards, and safety guidelines Assist in menu planning by suggesting new dish ideas and ensuring ingredient availability Handle food with care, maintaining proper food safety and sanitation practices throughout all stages of preparation Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, ovens, stoves, and other culinary tools Support food service operations by plating dishes promptly and accurately for service staff Maintain cleanliness of work stations, utensils, and kitchen appliances to ensure a hygienic environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours Qualifications Prior experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is highly desirable Proven kitchen experience within the food industry or restaurant setting Strong food handling skills with knowledge of food safety regulations Demonstrated proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly Excellent knife skills and familiarity with culinary tools and equipment Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Experience in menu planning, catering, or serving is a plus but not required Join us as a Line Cook and be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
