As a vital member of our kitchen staff, you will play an essential role in preparing delicious, high-quality meals that delight our guests. Your culinary expertise, attention to safety standards, and teamwork will help create memorable dining experiences. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, slicers, and fryers Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols Assist with meal preparation, plating, and portioning to ensure consistency and quality Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate food production and timing Follow all safety standards in production, handling food safely from prep to service Support catering events or special functions as needed with timely food preparation Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or culinary environments is preferred Strong knife skills with proficiency in slicing techniques and ingredient preparation Knowledge of food safety management practices and proper food handling procedures Experience with menu planning, recipe adherence, and meal preparation processes Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with operating various kitchen equipment safely and effectively Excellent communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with kitchen team members Dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus but not required; a passion for culinary arts is essential Embark on a rewarding culinary journey with us where your skills are valued, your growth is supported, and every plate served is a testament to your dedication!
