I am looking to fill night cook positions, and potentially some mid day and morning shifts in the coming weeks. People willing to learn and share their knowledge are very welcome in our kitchen. We've worked to create a good environment. Please have food handler's card and appropriate kitchen attire. Duties Make sure the line, and the kitchen itself, are clean and health inspector ready. Maintain consistency by following the recipes in our recipe book. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, fryers, and food processors. Follow food safety protocols and handle ingredients properly to ensure hygiene and prevent cross-contamination. Assist with meal preparation for catering events or large orders as needed. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen appliances through regular cleaning and sanitizing.
