Summary of Position :

We are currently hiring for PT position, approx 13hrs a week•Required shifts are-Sat nights (5pm-10pm) & Sunday (11:30-7:30pm)•opportunity for add'tl shift coverage We want to you to provide an experience for our guests that embodies our company mission by preparing food items according to specifications and quality.

Mission:

To provide our guests an escape from their day, making it better than when they arrived

Duties, Responsibilities & Expectations:

 Complete opening and closing checklists.  Ensure all prep is completed in a timely manner  Ensure Inventory Sheets are filled out according to direction  Prepares and executes menu/food items, while following specific recipe guidelines  Understands and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.  Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, walls grills, oven, induction range and refrigeration equipment.•Washes dishes on Sundays.
