Looking for enthusiastic staff with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and deliver great customer service. As a Line Cook/Prep Cook your job includes: Cook recipes as directed according to designated recipes and quality standards Working under pressure as a team Maintaining clean kitchen and workstation; comply with food sanitation standards at all times Communicating ticket times to Servers Ensure knowledge of menu and food products Monitor product freshness, Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen Have Knife skills to prep, chop, slice, dice produce and proteins. Ability to use Range, Oven, Fryer, and Grill Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of professional cooking experience strongly preferred Ability to bend, stoop, walk and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation Food Safety permit or ability to obtain one upon employment What are we looking for? Monday-Sunday:

shift on weekdays, weekends, and holidays between the hours of 10:45am -8:30pm (Weekend availability is a Must ) Ability to work a full shift (8 hours) walking and standing with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to bend, stoop, walk and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation Food Safety permit or ability to obtain one upon employment.
