Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Experienced Dietary Cook to join our team at Stonehaven Senior Living
- an Assisted Living Facility & Skilled Nursing Facility in Fresno, California. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and have experience working in dietary departments in a healthcare setting. Duties
- Prepare and cook meals for residents according to planned menus
- Ensure all meals meet dietary requirements and food safety standards
- Collaborate with the dietary team to plan menus that meet nutritional needs
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Help with meal preparation and serving when required Qualifications
- Prior experience in the food industry, preferably in a Skilled Nursing Dietary department
- Knowledge of food handling, food safety, and menu planning
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail in food preparation and presentation
- Experience as a Dietary Aide is a plus
