We are seeking an experienced Korean Cook to join our culinary team at Chapman Care Center, a 99-bed Skilled Nursing and Sub-Acute facility dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. As a Korean Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving traditional Korean dishes to our residents, as well as contributing to the overall success of our dining services team.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook Korean-inspired meals for residents, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety standards Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement meal plans that meet resident preferences and dietary needs Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing ordering Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their dietary needs and preferences Maintain accurate records of food preparation, service, and inventory management
