Location:

Gardena, CA (Palm Court Café) About the Role We're hiring a dependable, fast, and detail-oriented Line Cook to execute a menu in a high-standards cafe environment. You'll handle station setup, cook, uphold food safety, and keep the line clean and organized. What You'll Do Set up, stock, and break down hot/cold stations daily Cook with consistent quality Batch basic prep (proteins, veg, sauces) and maintain proper labeling/rotation (FIFO) Keep stations and shared areas spotless; follow health code/SOPs at all times Assist with inventory, receiving, and simple counts; report low stock and waste Support opening/closing side work and occasional catered cafe pick-ups What We're Looking For 1-2+ years line cook experience (breakfast or brunch a plus) Knife skills, station organization, and strong ticket flow management ServSafe Food Handler (or ability to obtain within 30 days) Able to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods Team-first attitude, reliable, and calm under pressure Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Schedule & Pay Full-time, 40 hours/week; exact days and hours may vary Additional details on compensation and benefits provided during interview Equal Opportunity Employer.
