We are looking for someone who is professional, positive, and enjoys helping customers. This position is important because you will be one of the first people our customers see when they walk in or call to place an order.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming wayTake phone, online, and walk-in orders accuratelyHandle cash, credit card, and POS transactionsAnswer customer questions about the menu, specials, and ordersPack orders and make sure everything is correct before giving it to the customer or driverHelp keep the front counter, dining area, and work area clean and organizedRestock supplies such as boxes, bags, napkins, sauces, and drinksCommunicate clearly with kitchen staff and delivery driversProvide great customer service and handle busy times with a good attitude

Requirements:

Must be reliable and on timeMust have good communication skillsMust be friendly and respectful with customers and coworkersMust be able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environmentBasic cashier or restaurant experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right personMust be able to stand for long periodsMust be available to work evenings and weekends
