Whether you're preparing ingredients, cooking signature recipes, or assisting with kitchen operations, your skills will help ensure a seamless dining experience. Duties Prepare ingredients and assemble components for various menu items with precision and care Cook dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards, maintaining consistency and quality Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations Support kitchen team during busy service periods by efficiently managing multiple tasks Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and prevent cross-contamination Help with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs Skills Experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with special dietary needs and food accommodations Proven background in food preparation, cooking, and food service within restaurant or food industry settings Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors Experience in menu planning, catering, or serving enhances versatility in the role This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their culinary skills while contributing to a dynamic team dedicated to exceptional food service.
