Thirsty Barrel Taphouse & Grille is looking for an experienced and dependable Grill Cook to join our outstanding team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in preparing great food, and thrive as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you. Our goal is to provide every guest with an exceptional dining experience, and we're looking for someone who shares that commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy service periods Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station Ensure food is prepared and presented consistently Work closely with kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with food prep, stocking, and kitchen cleaning duties as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous grill cook or line cook experience preferred Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen Excellent multitasking and time-management skills Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized under pressure Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Strong teamwork and communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays If you're a hardworking team player with a passion for great food and great service, we invite you to apply and become part of the Thirsty Barrel family!
