Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, presentation standards, and safety guidelines Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients to ensure smooth kitchen operations Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols at all times Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal assembly and timely service during busy periods Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure freshness, quality, and safety of all dishes served Support menu planning efforts by suggesting creative ideas and ensuring ingredient availability for daily specials Contribute to a positive kitchen environment by demonstrating teamwork, professionalism, and enthusiasm Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings; fine dining experience is a plus Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with meal preparation, catering, or dietary departments is highly desirable Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Prior dietary aide or dietary department experience is beneficial but not mandatory Embark on a culinary journey with us where your skills will be valued, your creativity encouraged, and your passion for food celebrated.
