FULL-TIME
Dietary Cook Hemet Hills Post Acute - Hemet, CA We're cooking up something special at Hemet Hills Post Acute , our newly acquired skilled nursing facility in Hemet, CA , and we're looking for an experienced Dietary Cook to join our kitchen crew. With 178 beds and a mission to serve both short- and long-term patients , we know that great care starts with great food. If you bring passion, pride, and consistency to the kitchen, we'd love to meet you.
Pay Range:
$20-$22 per hour,
DOE What You'll Be Serving Up:
Prepare flavorful, nutritious meals in large quantities while meeting residents' dietary needs Follow menus, recipes, and portion controls accurately Prepare special diets and pureed meals with care and attention to detail Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment Record food temperatures, maintain sanitizer solutions, and follow cleaning schedules Assist with meal service and ensure meals are presented attractively Collaborate with nursing and other departments to support resident satisfaction Assist with training new dietary staff and support team operations as needed
