In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting delicious breakfast dishes that delight our guests and set the tone for their day. Your energy, culinary skills, and commitment to food safety will ensure a smooth and efficient morning service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your food preparation expertise in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook breakfast items according to established recipes, menu specifications, and quality standards Assist in menu planning by suggesting new breakfast dishes and ensuring variety and freshness Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage procedures Ensure all food safety protocols are followed, including proper knife skills, sanitation practices, and temperature controls Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service and timely meal preparation Handle food with care during preparation, cooking, plating, and serving processes Qualifications Previous experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles is highly desirable Proven kitchen experience in a restaurant or food industry setting, especially with breakfast or brunch menus Strong food handling skills with knowledge of food safety regulations Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team.
