We are a family-owned restaurant specializing in authentic, homemade Polish cuisine prepared from scratch using traditional recipes and fresh ingredients. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in preparing high-quality food, and works well as part of a team. Previous restaurant experience is preferred, and experience with Polish or Eastern European cuisine is a plus—but we are happy to train the right person. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Assist with daily food preparation, including vegetables, meats, sauces, soups, dough, and other ingredients Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation Ensure food is prepared safely, consistently, and served in a timely manner Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations Rotate inventory and properly store food products Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain an efficient workflow Help keep the kitchen clean and organized throughout each shift Qualifications Previous experience as a cook or line cook preferred Scratch cooking experience is a plus Experience with Polish or Eastern European cuisine is a bonus but not required Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy kitchen Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Why Join Our Team?
