In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes with precision and creativity. Your expertise will help create memorable dining experiences for our guests, ensuring every plate meets our high standards of quality and presentation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment that values teamwork and innovation. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment Assist in menu planning by providing input on dish presentation and ingredient combinations Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times Support food preparation activities for catering events or special functions as needed Ensure timely delivery of orders to maintain efficient service flow Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment, preferably as a cook or dietary aide Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices Experience with meal preparation, cooking, and food industry standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with dietary department procedures, menu planning, and catering is a plus Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and a positive attitude toward serving others
