Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas with precision, ensuring consistent quality and presentation Use knife skills to chop, slice, and portion ingredients efficiently and safely Follow recipes and meal preparation guidelines to create flavorful and visually appealing pizzas Handle food with care, maintaining proper food safety and sanitation standards at all times Assist in food handling and storage to ensure freshness and compliance with health regulations Support the kitchen team during busy hours by maintaining a clean and organized workspace Contribute to catering orders and special events by preparing large quantities of pizza with accuracy Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment, particularly in pizza or culinary roles Strong cooking skills with an emphasis on pizza preparation and baking techniques Proficiency in knife skills and food handling procedures to ensure safety and efficiency Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and kitchen safety protocols Familiarity with the food industry's best practices for meal preparation and customer service excellence Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen setting, demonstrating teamwork and adaptability Passion for culinary arts with a desire to learn new techniques and improve skills through hands-on experience
