Full-Time | Evening & Weekend Availability Required Position Summary Montecito Country Club is seeking a skilled and dependable AM Cook to join our culinary team. This position is responsible for executing high-quality dinner service in a fast-paced private club environment while maintaining exceptional standards of consistency, cleanliness, and professionalism. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, works well under pressure, and takes pride in delivering elevated cuisine and memorable member experiences. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and execute dinner service according to Chef's specifications Maintain station organization, cleanliness, and readiness throughout service Cook and plate menu items with consistency, quality, and attention to detail Assist with daily prep, stocking, and closing procedures Ensure all food is prepared and stored according to health and sanitation standards Communicate effectively with kitchen team members during service Support banquet and private event operations as needed Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures Maintain a positive, professional attitude with members, guests, and coworkers Qualifications Minimum 2 years of line cook or fine dining experience preferred Private club, resort, hotel, or upscale restaurant experience a plus Strong knife skills and understanding of cooking techniques Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Food Handler Certification preferred Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds What We Offer Competitive hourly pay DOE Supportive and professional kitchen culture Opportunities for growth and advancement Employee meals and club benefits Beautiful work environment in Montecito We are looking for motivated culinary professionals who take pride in teamwork, consistency, and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
