What You'll Do Cook smash burgers and other menu items with consistency and speed Maintain a clean and organized station at all times Follow recipes and portion standards exactly Communicate clearly with front-of-house team Assist with prep work and restocking Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines What We're Looking For Strong work ethic — shows up on time, ready to work Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and pride in quality Team player with a positive attitude Weekend and evening availability preferred Previous line cook experience preferred, but we will train the right person Physical Requirements Able to stand for extended periods Able to lift 30-50 lbs Comfortable working in a hot kitchen environment Why Work at Lana's Stable, growing local business Clear systems and expectations Respectful, team-focused environment
