We are currently seeking talented culinary professionals at all experience levels, from aspiring cooks beginning their culinary journey to seasoned professionals capable of leading kitchen stations and mentoring others. Candidates may be hired as a Cook 1, Cook 2, or Cook 3 based on experience, technical skill level, and demonstrated culinary abilities. What You'll Do As a member of our Culinary Team, you will: Prepare, cook, and present high-quality menu items according to established recipes and luxury presentation standards. Support restaurant, banquet, catering, in-room dining, lounge, and special event operations. Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, sanitation, and food safety standards. Set up, maintain, and break down assigned kitchen stations. Collaborate with chefs and fellow culinary professionals to ensure smooth and efficient service. Participate in menu execution, special events, and banquet production. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment. Deliver an exceptional dining experience through attention to detail and culinary excellence. Position LevelsCook 3 (Entry Level) Ideal for candidates beginning their culinary careers or looking to grow within a luxury hospitality environment. Previous food preparation or kitchen experience preferred. Culinary school students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Opportunity to learn luxury hotel culinary standards, recipes, techniques, and station operations. Cook 2 (Experienced Cook) Ideal for culinary professionals with demonstrated experience in restaurants, hotels, resorts, or banquet operations. Minimum two years of professional cooking experience preferred. Ability to independently operate assigned stations with limited supervision. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations. Cook 1 (Advanced Cook) Ideal for highly skilled culinary professionals with advanced technical abilities and leadership experience. Minimum three years of progressive culinary experience preferred. Proven ability to lead stations during service and execute advanced cooking techniques. Experience training and mentoring less experienced cooks preferred.
